Mission statement
Heroes Recovery Foundation exists to honor those who have served our nation by providing veterans experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and life’s unexpected hardships with a structured pathway toward recovery, independence, and lasting success. Through its signature program, Operation Phoenix, the foundation empowers veterans with safe housing, education, career development, financial literacy, mentorship, and compassionate support so they can rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and hope.

Operation Phoenix
A pathway from stabilization to independent living
Operation Phoenix is a comprehensive Veteran Recovery and Leadership Development Program designed to guide residents through a progressive journey.
Rather than focusing solely on recovery housing, Heroes Recovery Foundation takes a holistic approach that emphasizes personal growth, education, career development, financial literacy, life skills, peer support, and long-term stability.
The goal is to equip veterans with the tools, confidence, and resources needed to become self-sufficient members of their communities. Through individualized support and structured programming, residents pursue education, vocational training, meaningful employment, financial independence, and permanent housing while continuing to receive mentorship throughout their journey.
The foundation was founded by three longtime friends who share a passion for serving veterans and strengthening their communities, and is committed to an organization rooted in compassion, integrity, accountability, and respect.
The first recovery residence is planned for Central Florida, followed by transitional housing and independent living opportunities that support veterans at every stage. As the organization grows, it will build partnerships with veteran service organizations, healthcare providers, educational institutions, employers, community leaders, and corporate sponsors.
